The wine is made with Danakharuli grape grown in Village Ksovrisi, Kartli,Georgia. With wild yeast, in stainless steel. The skins, pips and stems were kept for 2 weeks for fermentation. The wnie is made by precept of natural winemaking. Vineyards are treated only with biological substances.
